LoneStar RV Mobile Medic

LoneStar RV Mobile Medic is a mobile RV tech based in Tyler, Texas. It comes to you, servicing your RV "at your home, campground, or storage unit," so there is no need to move a rig that may not be safe to drive.

It works on air conditioners, furnaces, plumbing, propane systems, refrigerators and water heaters, plus repairs on appliances, awnings, brakes and wheel bearings, generators, slide-outs and solar. It also handles custom installation work, including converters and inverters, leveling jacks, stabilizers, satellite and antenna systems, washers and dryers, and water filtration systems. It also offers RV warranty repairs and RV insurance repairs, and a phone consultation service for owners who want to talk through a problem before booking a visit.

No hourly rate or trip fee is published, so ask about both when you call. The business does publish its hours, by appointment, Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 6pm and Friday from 8am to 2pm, closed Saturday, and it offers after hours emergency repair, saying it will "get a LoneStar RV Medic Technician to your location ASAP."

The owners say they have owned and traveled in RVs for over 20 years, which is why they built a service meant to respond fast when something breaks right before a trip. They also back their work: "if we do a job for you and something, we do breaks or fails it's on us."

This is a good fit for an owner near Tyler who wants a tech to come to the driveway, storage lot or campground rather than hauling the rig in, especially when the problem shows up close to departure.
