Journey RV Mobile Services

Journey RV Mobile Services is a mobile RV tech based in Cleveland, Georgia. It comes to you, saying "We bring RV Service to you," and covers North Georgia.

It works on air conditioners and heat pumps, refrigerators, furnaces, water heaters, roofs and sealant, and awnings and slideout toppers on motorhomes. It also offers maintenance work, including water heater and air conditioner maintenance, exterior seals maintenance, and black and gray tank hydro pressure cleaning, along with RV washes, with discounts when you bundle more than one maintenance item together. Beyond repair and maintenance, it offers a buyers inspection covering over 150 inspection points from roof to leveling system, typically taking 5 to 8 hours and including 50 to 80 photos in the report. An inspection like this matters before buying a used rig, since it can catch problems a walk-through never would, though the RV has to be hooked up to full shore power, sewer and water service for the inspection to cover everything.

The service fee is $75, which covers the trip to your location, and the labor rate is $150 per hour with a one hour minimum, billed in half hour increments after that. If parts need to be ordered, the service fee and 40 percent of the parts cost are billed on the day of the visit. Maintenance and inspection pricing is not posted, so ask about those when you call. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, and many repairs can be done same day.

Owner Bobby Driggers is a certified RVTAA technician and a certified NRVIA inspector, trained through the National RV Training Academy, and the business is fully insured. Google rates it 5 stars from 23 reviews.

This is a good fit for a traveler or owner in North Georgia who needs a repair at the campsite or driveway, or who wants a documented inspection before buying a used motorhome.
