Florida Georgia Mobile RV Service

Florida Georgia Mobile RV Service is a mobile RV tech based in Tallahassee, Florida. It comes to you, at your home, a storage location or a campground, and covers north Florida, south Georgia and south Alabama. If you are just passing through on a trip, they will come out to your campsite.

It works on appliances, awnings, converters, generators, heating, hydraulics, inverters, leveling systems, plumbing, refrigeration, roof leaks, slide-outs, water heaters and electric step motors, plus carbon monoxide testing and new unit instruction. It also does RV inspections, checking the air conditioner, furnace, water heater, refrigerator, electrical components and outlets, and the roof for leaks or water damage, a useful step before buying a used rig or before a warranty inspection is due. It also offers awning fabric replacement in several color options.

No hourly rate or diagnostic fee is published, so ask about those when you call, but the business states, "When we come to your location, you won't be charged for mileage," which removes one guess from the bill. It works with all Extended Service Plans and will coordinate directly with the provider on covered repairs. It says it can turn around service in "1 to 2 days, and in some cases same day," which matters when a slide-out or fridge failure leaves you stuck somewhere. The business has 30 years of experience in the outdoor services industry, and the owner also owns an RV. It is open 7 days a week, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Google rates it 3.8 stars from 45 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner in or passing through the Tallahassee region who wants a tech to come to the campsite or driveway instead of waiting on a dealer appointment.
