Our Van Quest

Our Van Quest is a custom van, bus and RV conversion business based in Sarasota, Florida. Ask when you call whether it comes to your driveway or storage lot or whether you bring the vehicle to its Sarasota address.

It builds out vans, skoolies and RVs with plumbing, electric and AC installs, and also takes smaller jobs: cabinet additions, layout fixes, and what it calls "Troubleshooting & Repairs." It says it does not build food trucks but will take on mobile studios, driver lounges, clinics and fully personalized interiors, from a full conversion down to a single cabinet install. It also offers consulting, covering 1-on-1 van life calls, build planning, product recommendations and DIY support for an owner handling a project solo.

Ask about price when you call, since no hourly rate, trip fee or job pricing is published. The same goes for license, insurance or warranty information, and for the area it will travel to, since none of that is listed either. Our Van Quest says it has "8+ years of Experience" and is run by Jake and Gianna, who describe themselves as a family that lived in a van and a school bus before building for others. It is currently booking 2026 build slots.

Google rates it 5 stars from 44 reviews.

This is a good fit for an owner planning a van, bus or RV build or a mid-project upgrade like an AC install or cabinet work, not for someone who needs a routine repair done today.
