A rooftop A/C inspection checks temperatures, cleans the coil, tests compressor amp draw and looks at the control board and wiring. He also does pre-purchase and road-readiness inspections on Class A, Class C, 5th-wheel and travel trailers, and seasonal maintenance and safety checks. A pre-purchase inspection matters because roof rot and hidden water damage are expensive and easy for a seller to miss.
For buyers out of state, a remote consultation runs by FaceTime or video at a flat fee. No other prices or trip fee are published, so ask when you call. Hours are Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, closed Sunday.
