Lampert Hitch

Lampert Hitch is a trailer and towing shop based in Arvada, Colorado, and a trailer repair shop as well. They bring your RV to their location, which has a parking lot big enough for large trailers and motorhomes, so you do not need to worry about tight maneuvering when you pull in.

They work on trailer wiring, brake inspections, bearing repacking, axle and spring replacement, and trailer brake and backing plate replacement, along with trailer DOT inspections. They also handle RV winterizing, hitch installation, and fifth wheel hitch setups, including the B&W Companion and Patriot lines. Beyond repair work, they install bike racks from Kuat, RockyMounts, and Thule, and outfit trucks with Sno-Way snowplows. They serve the Denver and Arvada area and have done so since 1955.

No hourly rate, diagnostic fee, or trip fee is published, so ask about pricing when you call. They typically work by appointment but also offer same-day service, which matters if a bearing fails or your trailer wiring goes out right before a trip. Lampert Hitch backs its hitch work with a lifetime warranty, a detail worth asking about directly since a hitch failure on the road is not something you want to find out about the hard way. They have been family run since 1955, long enough to have seen most of what can go wrong with a trailer setup.

Google rates them 4.8 stars from 419 reviews.

This is a good fit for an RV owner near Denver who needs trailer brakes, bearings, or wiring looked at, or who wants a hitch and weight distribution system set up correctly before a long trip.
